Half skies are yours,Half skies are mine…

Starry-Night-Over-the-Rhone
starry night

We paint the day into night

That shines

Half skies are yours

Half skies are mine

Blue skies in the morning are blank

I paint them

 Till night

Then the stars appear

I paint

The background black

I paint

The northern hemisphere

Who is painting the other …side?

I know

You know?

I paint half moon

My other half paints its other half

Paint falls on us as meteor showers

Then we shine

 Like stars

I paint

Stars

In colors

Inspired by

 Flowers

I paint Sunset at the end

At the other side

My other half paints Sunrise

New day

New canvas

Same painting

I add clouds sometimes

My other half paints thunder

That’s loud sometimes

Storms can hide our painting

But not forever

We are star dust

Free birds

Painting the skies

With our color dipped Feathers….

As I paint

Then I faint

As I faint

Then I sleep

As I wake up

I paint

Again

Then

I faint

 Again

As I sleep

My other half

Wakes up

Thus

We never sleep

In the oceans of dreams

We dip our paint brushes deep

We paint the Milky Way

The path followed by

Reindeers and their sleigh

The sleigh that we ride

We paint our reflections

In the skies

There is nothing

That we hide

We paint the day into night

That shines

Half skies are yours

Half skies are mine…

About the painting – Van Gogh painted Starry Night while in an Asylum at Saint-Remy in 1889.Although Van Gogh sold only one painting in his life, the aftermath of his work is enormous. Starry Night is one of the most well known images in modern culture as well as being one of the most replicated and sought after prints
